So FSU loses 36 players for their bowl game due to cheating on an online class. Well, they are not alone. Apparently South Florida has the same issues. Well, senior linebacker Ben Moffitt does. Moffitt, who has been married for five years, recently filed for divorce. Uh-oh, boy shouldn’t have done that. Let the floodgates open! Wife strikes back.
This is actually quite comical if you ask me. I mean, out of all things, she decides to ruin his college education. That’s classic. Not only that, she gets her sister and mother involved too. I guess this is a case of the good ole’ saying “Chicks before d…”, well you get my point. Or just a case of blood thicker than water, but the first sounds better. Notice Moffitt’s response to the allegations. That line sums it all up. “Hearsay.” He really isn’t that smart. Maybe he should consult a dictionary/thesaurus before opening up like that again. Or maybe his wife isn’t that smart considering Moffitt projects to be a mid-round pick in the upcoming NFL draft.

I think she’s making her argument for getting some of his NFL contract after the divorce. The whole “future earnings” thing based on her making it possible (i.e. passing his classes for him so he can stay in school and play football) for him to get an NFL contract.
