Also, I think Ro is down to 243, rather than up. Last season he was around 265 if memory serves.

Not the best source for it, but the Birmingham News has a quote of him saying he came in at 266 last year and played at 255.
Sorry to doubt you TFIT. Now I remember him playing around 250 last year. But I always thought he looked like a small 250.
I did too, which was why it stuck in my memory that he said 266. Of course, I remember a lot of players coming in overweight to Saban’s first camp and now we’re trying to get guys to bulk up. Make up your mind, Nick.
He didn’t look 250?? Did you ever see the guy’s legs? I think the legs alone weighed 200. He’s got tons of lower-body power, that’s why he destroys people when he tackles.
